Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists the sizes and the age or head size each one is made for. Most adult beanies are one size with a stretchy knit. Kids' and baby styles are sold by age range. If you are between sizes, write to us before you order and we will help.
Do you have hats and gloves for the whole family?
Yes. We have styles for women, men, kids and babies, and matching sets for the whole family.

What is a satin-lined beanie?
It is a knitted beanie with a smooth satin lining inside. The satin sits against your hair instead of the wool, which many people with curly, coily or textured hair prefer.
How does the LED beanie work?
The LED beanie has a removable USB rechargeable light with three brightness modes. Charging time, battery life and care instructions are on the product page.
How do I wash my hat or gloves?
Follow the care label on the product. As a rule, hand wash knitted items in cool water and dry them flat. Always remove the light unit from the LED beanie before washing.
Orders and delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours and standard delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks. Full details and costs are on our Shipping Policy page.
How do I track my order?
When your parcel ships you receive a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number when your delivery option includes one. You can also use our Track your order page.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, hats and gloves must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, unless the item is faulty or the size is wrong. Sale items cannot be refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
I ordered the wrong size. What can I do?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it for another size, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
