Delivery

We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of payment (working days).

Rates and delivery times

You choose your delivery option at checkout:

• Standard delivery: up to 10 business days.
• Priority delivery: a faster option where available.

The exact price of each option, in your currency, is shown before you confirm your order.

Tracking your parcel

When your parcel ships you receive an email with your tracking number, and you can follow it on our Track your order page. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update.

During the holiday season and busy periods, delivery can take a few days longer than usual.

Customs and import duties

Orders delivered outside the country of dispatch may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are paid by the customer and are not included in the price on our website.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we will try to correct it before dispatch.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out with you.
